Michael Cline is a board-certified gastroenterologist. He serves as medical director for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Throughout his career, Dr. Cline has been involved in clinical research focused on gastroparesis and other motility disorders. In addition to his program director role, he is also an associate clinical professor at Northeastern Ohio College of Medicine. He has a strong interest in multidisciplinary teamwork and improving the quality of life for his patients.
Dr. Cline received his undergraduate degree from Grove City College (Grove City, Pennsylvania), and the doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at Cuyahoga Falls (Ohio) General Hospital, residency with Mount Carmel Health System (Columbus, Ohio) and fellowship in gastroenterology at Allegheny General Hospital (Pittsburgh).
