With a passion for nutrition, Dr. Pandey has sought numerous certifications in the area of nutrition including physician nutrition specialist (PNS), American Board of Obesity Medicine, Nutrition support clinician (CNSC), sports nutrition, and certification in plant based nutrition from Cornell. Dr. Pandey is one of only a few physicians in the country to be board certified in nutrition by three organizations. In addition, he is also assistant professor at the University of Central Florida, Orlando.
