A continuation of “The Relationship of Diet and the Microbiome in Inflammatory Bowel Disease,” this presentation will outline the evidence for and differences between the many popular exclusion diets and the role of other lifestyle factors including stress and exercise in IBD. The goal is to enable clinicians to navigate the questions they receive from patients about diet and the role of nutrition in the absence of firm guidelines and strong evidence.
