Breast Cancer Prevention and Nutrition

Cancer is the second leading cause of death in both men and women in the United States and 1 in every 8 women will develop breast cancer during their lifetimes. According to the National Cancer Institute, eating vegetables and fruits may help prevent certain types of breast cancer as well as improve survival rates in those already diagnosed. Join Shayna Komar RD, LD as she shares her knowledge from 18 years of advising patients and their caregivers on strategies for utilizing diet as a part healthy lifestyle choices for prevention of breast cancer.
